How do I get started?
Find your app under Integrations or in the apps catalogue and press Try free. You give 2app access to e-conomic, create your account and connect your webshop or payment provider in the dashboard – each step shows where to find what it needs. Apps marked "Set up by 2app" we set up together with you.
What does it cost, and when do I pay?
Each app is free for 14 days from the day you connect it, with no commitment. Each app shows its price. Before the trial ends you get an email, and we contact you about the subscription.
What happens when the trial ends?
The app pauses and sends nothing to your accounting until the subscription is in place. Nothing is lost: afterwards 2app picks up what came in meanwhile.
Does 2app book in my accounts?
Orders become draft invoices in e-conomic, checked to the øre before anything is sent. You look through the first ones before your shop goes live and sends by itself, and you can always see what was sent and what is waiting.
Can 2app help directly in my setup?
Yes. Under Settings → Support access in the dashboard you give 2app access for a while. We can fix the setup, but not send to e-conomic, go live or remove a connection for you. Everything we change is logged, and you can take the access back at any time.
I am an existing customer. Does anything change?
No. You carry on in the earlier dashboard with the same login and the same agreement. Log in here.
