If you have questions about how we process your data, or want to use your rights, write to info@2app.dk.

2. What data we process, and why

When you contact us

When you write through the contact form, by email or call us, we process the information you give us: usually your name, company, email, phone number and your message. We use it to answer you and follow up on your enquiry.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), and where the enquiry is about an agreement, entering into it (Article 6(1)(b)).

When you order or become a customer

For an agreement we need your CVR (company registration) number, company name, contact person, address, postcode and city, phone number and email. We use them to deliver the service, invoice and contact you about your subscription.

Legal basis: performing the agreement (Article 6(1)(b)) and our duty to keep accounting records under the Danish Bookkeeping Act (Article 6(1)(c)).

When you use "Tell us what you use"

In the app catalogue you can describe in your own words which systems you use, and we suggest the apps that fit. The text is sent to our artificial intelligence provider (Anthropic, Claude), which finds the suggestions from our catalogue. We keep the text and the suggestions for 90 days – without your IP address and without linking them to you – to improve the catalogue. Please write systems, not personal details.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping visitors to the right solution and improving the catalogue (Article 6(1)(f)).

When you try or use an app

Trying an app for free or using it as a customer happens in 2app's dashboard. There we process your account details (name, email, company and your accounting system's agreement) to deliver the service. Data from your webshop, payment provider and accounting system – such as orders and your customers' names and addresses – we process only on your behalf and on your instructions, as a data processor, under our terms and conditions and the data processing agreement.

Cookies and statistics

We use necessary cookies to make the site work (such as session, security and language cookies). Cookies for statistics and marketing (Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager) are set only if you have consented in the cookie banner, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. See Cookies.

If you have consented to statistics and go on from 2app.dk to try an app, the link carries your Google Analytics id (a random number, not your name). 2app's dashboard uses it only to count in Google Analytics whether you create an account, connect an app, send the first document to your accounting system and become a paying customer. It is sent straight from our server, without name, email or company, and the dashboard sets no statistics cookies. Without your consent none of this happens.

Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)) for statistics and marketing; our legitimate interest for the necessary cookies.

Technical logs

When you visit 2app.dk, our server records technical information such as your IP address, browser and the time. We use it to run and secure the site and to find errors.

Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure and stable website (Article 6(1)(f)).

3. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data or pass it on to third parties for marketing. We use suppliers (data processors) who process data on our behalf and on our instructions:

We may also be obliged to disclose data to public authorities where the law requires it.

4. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Some suppliers, including Google and Anthropic, may process data in the United States. This happens only on a lawful transfer basis, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the supplier is certified.

5. How long we keep data

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we process about you and to have inaccurate data corrected. You may also have the right to have data erased, to restrict processing, to receive your data in a common machine-readable format (data portability), and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Where you have given consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.

Write to info@2app.dk and we will answer as soon as possible and within one month at the latest.

7. Complaints

You can complain about our processing of your personal data to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby, Denmark, dt@datatilsynet.dk, www.datatilsynet.dk. We would like to hear from you first, though, so we can try to resolve it.

8. Changes

We update this policy when our processing changes. The current version is always here, with the date of the latest change at the top.
