Stripe payouts to e-conomic
Every Stripe payout posted to a journal in e-conomic — sales, refunds and fees through a clearing account, so the bank line matches the payout.
About this app
2app reads every payout from Stripe and puts it in a journal in e-conomic: sales, refunds, disputes and Stripe's fees, each on the day it moved the Stripe balance, and the payout itself on the day the money reached the bank. Everything goes through a clearing account (Stripe receivable), which returns to zero, so the bank line matches the payout exactly.
What gets posted?
- Sales and refunds from Stripe
- Disputes
- Stripe's fees
- The payout to the bank
How it works
Log in with e-conomic, connect Stripe with a restricted key, and choose the journal and accounts — 2app proposes them from your chart of accounts. 2app puts the entries in the journal; you book them. A payout that does not add up to the øre is stopped and shown — never posted with a difference.
Do Stripe payments need reconciling with sales and invoices in e-conomic? See Stripe reconciled with sales.
